We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered unless it meets the criteria for damage, defect, or wrong delivery.
Refunds Are Only Issued If:
- The item is broken, leaked, or incorrect
- You contacted us within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence
Required Evidence:
- Unboxing video (showing sealed package being opened)
- Pictures of the product and packaging
Refunds for approved cases will be issued back to the original payment method.
Failed Transactions
If your payment failed and the amount was debited:
- Refunds are automatically processed within 7 working days
- Contact your bank or payment provider if the delay exceeds 7 days
