Refunds Are Only Issued If:

  • The item is broken, leaked, or incorrect
  • You contacted us within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence

Required Evidence:

  • Unboxing video (showing sealed package being opened)
  • Pictures of the product and packaging

Refunds for approved cases will be issued back to the original payment method.

Failed Transactions

If your payment failed and the amount was debited:

  • Refunds are automatically processed within 7 working days
  • Contact your bank or payment provider if the delay exceeds 7 days
