Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrance bases), we do not offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures hygiene, product integrity, and customer safety.

When Can You Raise a Concern?

We accept complaints only under the following circumstances:

  • Product is damaged or broken upon arrival
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Leakage or spillage
  • Missing product(s)

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to File a Claim

To file a claim, email info@avasaluxury.com with:

  • A clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed package)
  • Pictures showing the issue and outer packaging
  • Order ID and contact details

We do not accept any claims without an unboxing video.

Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered with or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Report it immediately by calling or messaging us

We reserve the right to approve or deny claims based on our assessment.
